HOW WE MAKE IT

1-FIRST CALL:

The received calls from the costumers are answered by the secretariat and directed to the right costumer representative who match the customer requirements. The costumer representative responds to the needs of the costumer and set up a meeting at the time the costumer prefer, If not possible the continue communicating through mails and phone calls.

2-SITE VISIT

The costumer representative arranges a site visit, and meets the costume in the site, this visit aims to collect all the necessary information about the project, take the dimensions and take some photos of the site.

3-DRAWING THE PROJECT

The representative prepares alternative drawings of the project according to the demands of the client and the current situation of the application area. The drawings prepared by Solidworks specialist are projected in 3D. The customer representative contacts the customer to present the 3D drawing and price offer to the customer. The price offer and 3D drawing are delivered to the costumer via mail within short time.

4-CONTRACTING:

When the price offer and the drawings are approved by the costumer, then an agreement will be prepared. The costumer representative arranges a meeting with the costumer to sign the contract.

5-PRODUCTION

By signing the contract, and agree about all the other terms, this means the production process is going to start, the project will be sent to the factory to start the production preparations. All the items and project parts of the project will be packed in a wooden pallet build according to the products dimensions.

6-INSTALLATION:

Once the product is produced, the costumer representative contacts the costumer to set the installation date. The products are coming ready to install directly, and in some special cases its assembled in the field.

7-PRODUCT DELIVERY

After completing the installation, and after the costumer check. The costumer representative will deliver the product with the warranty book to the costumer.

8-ENJOY IT

Spend your lovely moments with a delicious cup of tea under the pergola.
